Questions about paying
- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once and the licence is yours. Every 1.x update is included.
- Is there a free trial?
- No trial, but there is a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email support@spellbin.app within 14 days and you get a full refund, no questions.
- What happens without a licence?
- Nothing. Spellbin needs a licence key before it takes any files. Without one, files you drop on it stay where they are and ⌘⌫ in Finder works as normal. The key is shown on the page you land on after buying.
- What currency will I pay in?
- Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the price in your local currency, with tax included.
- I bought Spellbin and now want it on another Mac.
- Buy the Coven and use its key on the other Macs. Your first key keeps working where it is.
- Who handles the payment?
- Stripe. They act as the seller of record, take care of VAT and sales tax, and email the receipt. Spellbin never sees your card number.
